About the Role
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for various maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will also assist in housekeeping duties, drive residents to appointments, and ensure the community grounds are well-maintained. Your role will involve coordinating with the Facility Operations Director and following daily schedules to maintain a safe and orderly environment for residents and staff.
About You
Required:
- Experience preferred with maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to connect with older adults.
Preferred:
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Experience in customer service or working with the elderly.
