Quinault Corporate Enterprises is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team in Taholah, WA. The role involves performing general manual labor tasks and semi-skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
About the Role
As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials, as well as performing maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
About You
Required:
Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, landscaping, and general facility maintenance.
Ability to operate power tools and equipment such as compressors, large mowers, and pumps.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be physically capable of performing manual labor and heavy lifting.
Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be physically capable of moving about on Quinault Corporate Enterprise Property, sometimes in adverse conditions.
Must be able to travel to multiple properties.
Must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and must be insurable through our company.
