As a Facility/Tenant Assistant, you will maintain a safe environment for tenants, assist with health care access, manage crisis situations, and provide culturally competent services. You will work closely with tenants to support their health and housing needs, ensuring a stable living environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED plus at least 1-year related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in services related to HIV, homelessness, substance abuse, and mental illness.
- Ability to engage and support individuals in crisis management.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including standard Windows applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in a non-profit organization.
- Knowledge of trauma-sensitive care practices.
