DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to join their team in Clarkston, MI. The role involves leading a team in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on patient care and operational management.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's operations, ensuring patient care is prioritized, developing and mentoring a clinical team, overseeing financial management, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You will have the autonomy to run the clinic while receiving support from regional peers and the company.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare operations management.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with clinical and financial teams.
