About the Role
As a Facility Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility, coordinate with tenants and service providers, manage conference room scheduling, support workspace readiness, and ensure the facility is prepared for various program activities and customer engagements. You will also monitor facility conditions and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in facility operations, office management, workplace services, or building coordination.
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Experience supporting shared office, lab, or technical workspaces.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience in defense, laboratory, or technical facility environments.
- Experience supporting executive visits or program demonstrations.
- Familiarity with access control processes or workplace safety procedures.
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training.
- Active Secret Clearance preferred.
