About the Role
As a Facility Safety Manager, you will be responsible for administering the total institutional safety program, including developing and maintaining safety policies, ensuring employee training, overseeing security operations, and investigating safety incidents. You will also coordinate emergency management programs and maintain compliance with safety accreditation requirements.
About You
Required:
- One year of professional experience in accident prevention, fire prevention, environmental safety, or security program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Valid driver's license not under suspension.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing safety programs in a healthcare or institutional setting.
- Knowledge of emergency management protocols and safety regulations.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with a 37.5-hour work week.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- No telework option available.
