About You
- High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Minimum 4 - 10 years of facility maintenance or construction experience, including drywall journeyman-level expertise.
- Proficient with power tools and safety practices.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform moderate to heavy physical work.
- Experience in setting up and climbing ladders safely with tools and equipment.
- Ability to walk, stand, and stoop for extended periods (over 80% of shift).
