About the Role
As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for executing work orders, performing preventive and routine maintenance, coordinating with outside contractors, assisting engineers with equipment installation and troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation according to regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting team members in achieving departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- Technical associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of vocational training and 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation including equipment manuals and electrical schematics.
Preferred:
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electro-mechanical systems.
- Good mathematical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
