About You
- BSEE or related field OR equivalent experience
- 20+ years in memory semiconductor ATE engineering
- Extensive experience with Flash and high-speed DRAM test program development, debug, and correlation
- Deep understanding of wafer sort and final test methodologies
- Expert proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Strong hardware/software debug capability
- Hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing test flows
- Experience with Nextest Magnum and/or Advantest memory test platforms
- High-speed serial interface testing experience
- Background in emerging memory technologies
- Experience supporting global customers and managing complex technical escalations
- Prior involvement in technical sales, pre-sales, or platform evaluations
