About You
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a STEM-related degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering).
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience outside of the classroom, including research, extracurricular project teams, personal projects, or prior internship/work experience.
- Experience with electronic instrumentation like power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and sensors.
- Familiarity with eCAD (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad) or mCAD (e.g., NX, Solidworks) software and basic engineering principles.
- Basic programming experience (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or process improvement techniques.
- Eager to learn and contribute to real-world engineering challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
