About the Role
As a Family/Internal Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based primary and preventive care through in-person, virtual, and telephone visits. You will manage a panel of members focusing on population health and individual member outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. This position allows for clinical creativity and emphasizes member experience over traditional productivity metrics.
About You
Required:
- Current Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
- Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent diagnostic skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with or interest in value-based care models
- Familiarity with electronic health records and health data analytics
- Experience collaborating in team-based care environments
- Interest in population health and preventive care
