About the Role
As a Family Case Manager, you will conduct home visits, develop case plans, coordinate with community resources, attend and testify at court hearings, and prepare documentation for case files. You will investigate incidents of child abuse, assess risks, perform needs assessments, and monitor treatment programs to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or an Associate degree with two years of human services experience, or 30 college credit hours with three years of human services experience, or four years of human services experience.
- Advanced knowledge of social work principles and practices.
Preferred:
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws affecting child protection services.
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and children with special needs.
