About the Role
As a Family Case Manager, you will be responsible for investigating incidents of child abuse, conducting home visits, developing case plans, coordinating with community resources, and preparing documentation for court proceedings. You will also assess risks to children, monitor treatment programs, and provide support to families to ensure their self-sufficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an Associate degree with two years of human services experience, or 30 college credit hours with three years of human services experience, or four years of human services experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of social work principles and practices.
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws affecting child protection services.
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and children with special needs.
