About the Role
As a Family Finding Coordinator, you will identify, engage, and connect children with relatives, kin, and significant individuals who can provide stability and support. Your responsibilities will include discovering and tracking relatives, engaging them using a strengths-based approach, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Computer literacy, including experience with internet-based search tools.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
