About the Role
As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex family law issues, drafting and negotiating legal documents, representing clients in court, and developing effective case strategies. You will also maintain knowledge of relevant laws and collaborate with team members to manage cases efficiently.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the WA state bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
Preferred:
- Strong track record of handling family law cases, including alimony and spousal support.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
