About the Role
As a Family Medicine APP, you will provide primary care services, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends or evenings required. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- 1-year Primary Care APP work experience required.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Preferred:
- Experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
