- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and/or American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP).
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New York.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
- Experience in ambulatory primary care, geriatrics, sports medicine, and outpatient procedures.
- Strong passion for medical education and mentoring.
