About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (PRN), you will collaborate with the physician/medical director to provide care and management for adult patients, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests. You will also participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance activities, while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in the delivery of behavioral health, addiction treatment and/or delivery of family health treatment to adults.
- AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
- Registered in AZ as Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification in buprenorphine administration.
- Unrestricted DEA license.
- Valid BLS, CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Completion of an approved nursing program allowing licensure as an RN in the state of Arizona.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Preferred:
- Dual certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
- ACLS certification.
