- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
- MSN or higher education required (New graduate friendly)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to become DOT certified (cost covered by employer)

We also operate pediatric urgent cares, KidsStreet Urgent Care. We can help with common illnesses like cold and flu to seasonal allergies, broken bones, stitches and more! You can walk in any time to sick visits and for our primary care patients, you can schedule your appointment online and view records through our MainStreet Patient Portal.
