About the Role
As a Family Physician/Medical Director, you will be responsible for delivering continuous primary care to a diverse patient population, developing and monitoring patient care plans, performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a mentor to staff and medical students.
About You
Required:
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with proven leadership or management experience.
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in the state.
- Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare IT systems.
