MDstaffers is seeking a qualified Medical Director to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves overseeing and collaborating with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care in an outpatient setting.
About the Role
As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for supervising, performance managing, and training Primary Care Physicians, overseeing up to 12 direct reports, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. The position is permanent and full-time, with a shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, comprising 80% clinical and 20% administrative duties. You will work with a proprietary EMR system similar to Epic/Allscripts.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Current North Carolina medical license.
- BLS certification.
- Active DEA license.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
Preferred:
- Board Eligible with certification within 24 months.
- 5 years of clinical experience preferred.
