About the Role
As a Family Preservation / Homebuilders Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing the HOMEBUILDERS® team, ensuring adherence to agency standards, and providing support and consultation 24/7. You will oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while also ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The position requires flexibility in working hours and participation in community engagement.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent field with two years of experience working with children and families, or Bachelor's degree with four years of experience.
- Ability to engage and maintain positive community relationships.
Preferred:
- One year of experience supervising teams.
- Active or able to obtain professional licensure as LCSW or equivalent.
