Summary
Lincoln Memorial Group (LMG) is seeking a Family Service Advisor to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves assisting families with pre-planning cemetery services and providing support during difficult times.
About the Role
As a Family Service Advisor, you will meet with families to discuss and arrange cemetery services, develop and maintain relationships with clients, provide professional and empathetic service, customize service packages, manage sales appointments, maintain accurate records via a CRM, and provide cemetery tours.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to obtain a Pre-Need Sales Agent License upon hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to obtain a Georgia Life Insurance License within six (6) months of hire.
