About the Role
As a Family Service Counselor, you will engage with client families to understand their needs, provide tours of cemetery locations, attend services, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also develop new prospects, make presentations, and maintain communication with various departments to ensure a smooth service process.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales and outside sales production strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable law.
- Bilingual speaking preferred.
