About the Role
As a Family Services Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and delivering high-quality program services. Your daily tasks will include hiring and training personnel, monitoring compliance with state and federal standards, engaging families in partnerships, and analyzing program data to make recommendations for improvement.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in supervision of staff in a licensed childcare center or home.
Preferred:
- Experience in early childhood programs.
- Ability to obtain State Center Director certification and complete a Child Development Certificate (CDA).
