About the Role
As a Family Services Coordinator, you will work closely with youth, families, and community partners to provide in-home supportive services, transportation, parenting education, counseling, and advocacy. You will coordinate and monitor services for youth and families, ensuring their safety and stability while working under the guidance of a therapist. The position requires daily travel to provide community-based services and includes on-call duties with evening availability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, and relevant software.
Preferred:
- 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families.
- Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours.
