Summary
Aspiranet is seeking a Family Support Specialist to join their Family and Community Services division in Antioch, CA. The role involves providing case management and home visitation services to support family stability and healthy parent-child relationships.
About the Role
As a Family Support Specialist, you will manage a caseload of families, conduct weekly home visits, provide curriculum-based instruction, and connect families to community resources. You will also ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards while participating in team meetings and professional development.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home visitation, family services, or child welfare.
- An AA in Child Development or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Must meet all state-required conditions of employment, including fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health physical, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
