About You
- One or more years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience in a Shared Services or Outsourcing environment with knowledge of the Accounts Payable process including P.O. pairing.
- Ability to process 140+ invoices per day.
- Experience with supplier setup including W-9s and verifying TIN # and Supplier name with IRS for accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Experience with Kofax OCR and Salesforce.
- Additional experience in a Shared Services environment.
