The Bancorp is seeking an FCRM Investigations and Reporting Analyst I to join their team in a hybrid role based in Sioux Falls, SD. The position involves investigating and analyzing potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraudulent transactions, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
About the Role
As an FCRM Investigations and Reporting Analyst I, you will conduct financial forensic investigations on AML cases, determine the best investigative approaches, write and prepare SARs, document investigation processes, communicate findings to management, and interface with internal and external partners. You will also provide feedback on Know Your Customer (KYC) issues and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred, or a non-related degree with relevant training and experience.
- 3 years of transaction monitoring, KYC, sanctions, fraud, or investigative experience in BSA/AML.
Preferred:
- Experience in writing and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of AML and KYC rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
