About the Role
As a Feeder/Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing products per customer specifications, identifying and communicating product quality deviations, and assisting with setup and changeover activities. You will also maintain a clean work area, engage in safety programs, and assist team members as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
About You
Required:
- Stable work history; preferably six months experience in a manufacturing environment or other physical labor job.
- Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace.
- Quality-conscious and oriented to excellence.
- Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Record of dependability and reliability.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
