About the Role
As a Feedway Operator, you will manage the flow of product in the Fastback, prevent cross-contamination, ensure quality product delivery to scales, and maintain the functionality of scales and buckets. Your responsibilities include communicating with team members, performing moisture testing, completing necessary documentation, and keeping the work area clean. You will also provide backup for other positions and recommend improvements to maintain a continuous improvement culture.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
