Northeast Family Services is seeking a Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Warwick, RI. The role involves providing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, creating treatment plans, providing family consultations and training, supervising behavior technicians, and delivering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors. You will also handle documentation related to ongoing treatment, including instructional program development, data collection, and progress reporting. The position offers a flexible schedule with options for in-person and telehealth cases.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree or PhD with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism or behavior challenges.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Availability to work mornings, after school, and evenings.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Preferred:
Current LABA certification.
Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
