- Customer-first mindset with ability to balance technical accuracy and business priorities.
- 5+ years in solar or energy storage as a field engineer, installer, sales engineer, or technical support professional.
- BS degree in Engineering.
- NABCEP certification or equivalent technical training.
- Experience with commissioning tools, system monitoring, and remote diagnostics.
