About You
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in English and one or more language(s).
- Experience using health information systems to document or retrieve information.
- Proficient computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to travel around downstate New York, including the 5 boroughs, Long Island, Orange County, and Westchester.
- English proficient bilingual who also speaks French Creole.
- Resides within a commutable distance to the assigned field location.
- Ability to commute by car/vehicle.
- Prior experience in a field-based health care role (home visits a plus).
- Work experience as an Interpreter/Translator or in a bilingual customer service role.
- Experience with geriatric or other frail populations, including their caregivers.
- Familiar with areas of NYC, Long Island, and/or lower Westchester.
- A valid NYS driver's license or ID.
