Bioventus is seeking a Field Clinical Manager - Peripheral Nerve Stimulation to join their team in South San Francisco, CA. The role involves providing field-based clinical and technical training/support for the TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators.
About the Role
As a Field Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for training healthcare professionals in the use of medical devices, supporting surgical procedures, programming devices, and providing technical expertise. Your daily tasks will include representing the devices during implants, troubleshooting, educating staff, and maintaining effective communication with various functions within the company. The role requires extensive travel, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a week.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and instruct/coach others on the use of products and clinical applications.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Solid MS Office skills, including PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree in health sciences or engineering.
- Surgical and/or OR support experience as a field clinical engineer, technical representative, technology trainer, or clinical trainer in the medical device field.
