About the Role
As a Field Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the regional marketing plan, managing the regional marketing budget, driving digital transformation of marketing practices, and continuously improving collaboration with the regional sales team. You will also define and optimize the operating model within the team and across the organization, build and develop your team, and represent marketing to regional leadership teams.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing in the tech industry.
- Track record in driving digital transformation in marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing stakeholders in sales and business through data and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
