About You
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of field support or service-related industry experience.
- Ability to work overnight shifts as needed.
- Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing.
- Current and valid Driver's License.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry.
- Proven record of meeting customer needs and quality service delivery.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in value added sales and/or new account generation.
- Prior budget and P&L responsibilities.
- Bi-lingual – English and Spanish.
