Summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join their team, responsible for developing and executing strategic reimbursement initiatives to improve patient and market access for Shockwave Medical products.
About the Role
As a Field Reimbursement Manager, you will contribute to strategic reimbursement initiatives, provide expert support to hospitals and physician practices, and educate stakeholders on coding, coverage, and payment pathways. You will develop reimbursement materials, implement strategies to minimize access barriers, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and effective customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or health-related subject or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years reimbursement policy and/or payer experience within a medical device company, healthcare provider, or healthcare consulting firm.
- At least 3 years field reimbursement experience in Hospital setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance and/or reimbursement field with emphasis on coding, coverage, and payment issues.
- Medical device experience preferred.
- Strong analytic and investigative skills.
