About the Role
As a Field Reimbursement Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert reimbursement and access support to hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices. Your tasks will include developing reimbursement materials, educating healthcare providers on coding and billing, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure compliance and a seamless customer experience. You will also analyze regional trends, resolve access barriers, and support customers in navigating payer coverage policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or health-related subject or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of reimbursement policy and/or payer experience within a medical device company, healthcare provider, or healthcare consulting firm.
- At least 3 years of field reimbursement experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, and/or reimbursement field with emphasis on coding, coverage, and payment issues.
- Medical device experience.
