About the Role

As a Field Service Diesel Technician - Level II, you will be responsible for completing repairs and rebuilds on engine products in the field, developing productive customer relations, applying documented procedures for repairs and maintenance, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies. You will engage with customers, perform preventative maintenance, complete required documentation, and maintain service vehicles and tools.

About You

Required:

Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
Basic level field service work experience.
Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
Customer service experience.
Valid driving permit.

Preferred:

Apprentice Trained Engine Technician.
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is preferred but not required.
