About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing components on various equipment supported by NCR Voyix, including Point of Sale systems and self-service checkouts. You will also assist in site preparation, maintain parts inventory, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA). The position may require travel and flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet customer needs.
About You
Required:
- Clean Driving License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of related experience
- Basic Computer skills including Windows OS navigation and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-calls
Preferred:
- Associates degree or certifications in a Technology Field
- Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment
- Recognised qualification within the Electronics or IT Domain
- EPOS maintenance or install experience
