About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer II, you will provide on-site customer support, diagnose and troubleshoot instrument issues, and ensure compliance with service delivery standards. You will collaborate with commercial operations and promote service contracts while maintaining accurate service documentation.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree in Electronics, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related industry training required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical/support role.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of personal computers and Windows Operating systems.
- Experience with Lab Information Systems and computer network connectivity.
