About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and advanced technical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting sophisticated analytical instrumentation such as SEM, TEM, FIB, or similar systems.
- Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems.
- Expert-level electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Deep understanding of electron microscopy systems and subsystems.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to train customers and internal engineers on advanced system functionality.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in laboratory environments.
- English proficiency required, additional languages beneficial.
