About the Role
As a Field Service Operations Intern, you will assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for field service activities, support daily operational tasks, help maintain accurate resource allocation data, contribute to forecasting and capacity planning, and participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred:
- Interest in renewable energy or completion of coursework in energy-related fields.
- Familiarity with ERP or scheduling tools.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities or relevant projects.
