About the Role
As a Field Service Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced desk-side support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT policies and standards. You will work closely with IT enterprise organizations to ensure effective communication and resolution of technology disruptions, while also mentoring technicians and managing local technology asset inventory.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a technical school degree plus experience and technical certifications with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a production IT manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years proven PC/Windows experience.
- Minimum 2 years network and telecom support experience.
Preferred:
- Project management experience, training, or certification.
- Strong understanding of IT service management framework and respect for the ITIL Management Framework.
- Network related discipline or certifications.
