The One 23 Group is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join their team in San Diego, CA. The role involves providing on-site support for computing devices and ensuring compliance with Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) across various commissaries.
About the Role
As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering expert support for computing device Life Cycle Replacement (LCR), hardware setup, operation, maintenance, and upgrades. You will travel extensively (75-80% of the time) to provide on-site assistance, decommission outdated equipment, and support incident management processes. Your role will also include resolving Service Desk tickets and developing necessary deliverables.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or HS/GED with 5 years of experience in a Windows computing environment.
- Baseline Certification DoD 8570.1 IAT II or higher.
- Computing Environment Certification in at least one area (e.g., Microsoft MD-102 Endpoint Administrator).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and travel routinely.
- Excellent customer service and support skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Desktop Hardware Technician, Field Computer Technician, or Field Service Technician.
- ITIL Course completion (ITIL v4 recommended).
- Minimum Secret Clearance.
- Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted.
