About the Role
As a Field Service Technical Representative, you will be responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and completing machine service for customers. You will prepare and submit documentation for invoicing, maintain company property, manage business expenses, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. This position requires at least 75% travel and involves both preventative and corrective maintenance.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience with industrial maintenance or related military experience, including troubleshooting.
- 2 years experience with operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles.
- Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Strong PC and organizational skills.
