About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting machine issues, performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring equipment functionality. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide support, conduct inspections, and prepare service documentation. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in electronics or professional certificate in industrial trades or technical discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in maintenance or service of packaging equipment in a food, beverage, chemical or industrial environment.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel up to 90% domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
