About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Hands-on work experience in an automotive shop.
- Background in electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid repair.
- Experience in start-up environments.
- Familiarity with parts departments and work order management systems.
