As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mobile repairs, troubleshooting diagnostics, and ensuring compliance with AAR requirements. You will also be required to operate various equipment and tools, maintain safety standards, and contribute to team efforts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Ability to pass required courses with an 80% or higher score coordinated by CF Rail Management.
Preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BRC generation software/shop operating system.
- Experience in customer service and effective communication skills.
